Stuart to the Rescue!

I have had several so called qualified technicians check out why the air conditioning was tripping the power as it warmed up - all of whom charged like wounded bulls and really had no idea! My unqualified friend, Stuart, made a few phone calls and came to the conclusion that poor connections to the wiring could cause the problem and on close examination at the breaker switches found this to be the case. Guess what? Problem solved. He also showed me that the anode rod in the water heater requires changing every few years - very glad to learn that! Thanks Stuart so much!
