Atherton Tablelands

A 50 kilometer Drive to the high reaches of the Atherton Tablelands on a wet and miserable day was a sure way to see a good run of water from the Millaa Millaa Falls. These falls can be seen on 15 kilometer circuit incorporating 3 separate falls within a short drive of each other. The first one pictured is of course Millaa Millaa, the second Zillie, and the third Ellinjaa. Once again, very impressive scenery.
An interesting thing to note is that we passed a farm of water buffalo on our trip to the falls which was rather new to us. The last shot shows one of the beasts which in main, were grazing in the distance!
