A coastal trip from Mt Gambier with intention to revisit Robe after last seeing it in 2003. First stop - Millicent. The information centre was pretty much the highlight of the town with the local museum being attached to the centre. An enormous fan blade is harnessed outside the centre to show how massive these wind turbines actually are.

Second leg of our trip was a brief stop at Beachport. The lighthouse was not an attempt to emulate the leaning tower of Pissa, just an unfortunate camera angle.

Robe was our final stop for lunch but in particular an attempt to show Deb what I believed to be a quaint fishing village from memories of a previous visit about 14 years ago. The town was not in any way familiar to me and was anything but quaint! Unsure if I was thinking of a different town or it has it changed so much, so rapidly? Customs house is pictured below and a small part of the shoreline.
