2 days rest stop to enable Deb's ribs to heal a little (bouncy roads and broken ribs are not a great combination). Not a lot to see here but the sites we visited proved interesting. The locals are very proud of their Douglas DC3 Dakota situated in a local park.

Onward to a replica gold mining shaft named the True Blue Poppet Head (apparently there is a working gold mine about 40 kilometers out of town).

Finally "The Wetlands" which has a boardwalk snaking its way through the park with descriptive plaque at flora providing insight into the indigenous uses for the specific plants (food, poison and medicine).
